OK to keep them: Don't worry about it.Gential chlamydial infections are passed only by sex, not by any other kind of body contact. Even if your sponges became contaminated, soap and water instantaeouly kills chlamydia (and all other STD germs). Niether you nor any other users of these sponges can catch any STD from them.
