Viral syndrome - flu: Given your age, it is likely to be just a viral syndrome, possibly the flu. If you have been around others with the flu, you might consider starting tamiflu (oseltamivir) with 48 hours after onset of symptoms, to reduce severity and length of the flu. This will require a trip to the doctor for a prescription.
