Good intake: Don't blame omeprazole- minor factor. Control asthma-use spacers for inhalers. Lose weight if overweightt. Watch diet. Try to avoid oral steroids so careful re: asthma. For gerd lowest cost of least potent med for shortest period of time to control symptoms. Adequate ontskr of calcium and d; likely will need to supplement d.
