Topicals / orals: Can use topical antihistamine cream and a steroid cream, but the over the counter steroid creams tend to be a bit weak. Alternatively an oral antihistamine such as cetirizine, Loratadine or fexofenadine can help in early stages.

Wasp Sting: Antihistamines such as Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or Claritin may be helpful if not contraindicated. Strong topical steroids like clobetasol are also helpful.
