Sure: Certainly, several infections can cause irritaion/inflammation of vagina, cervix, etc which may lead to discharge and/or bleeding. The skin inside becomes very friable or easily irritated and may cause bleeding. Get checked asap if/when this happens.

Thanks for asking!: On rare cases trichomonas or gardenella may lead to enough inflamtion that may cause that advanced hpv i the cervix or karposi's sarcoma in someone with aids may present that way.
