May be dehydrated: You may be dehydrated, but these are concerning symptoms especially the confusion and it happening when you are driving. You likely have symptoms of an illness with the nausea. However, some serious things can cause dizziness, blurred vision, nausea and some confusion. Especially if things are getting worse, please let someone check you out.
