See your surgeon: If the object of surgery was to fuse a joint to straighten it and/or relieve pain and it now is hyper flexible to "rotate 180 degrees " there maybe something wrong with the fusion. Nerve pain after a foot procedure is common but usually resolves within a few months. See your doctor for evaluation.
