Sure: Hormonal changes can affect lower esophageal sphincter pressure and increase reflux of stomach content. Happens with pregnancy commonly.

Probably not: There is no reason to assume that ocp's would cause or increase acid reflux - I am not sure what les refers to unless it is lower esophageal sphincter which would possibly have some impact on acid reflux if the les was abnormal. Still no reason to think that ocp's would affect the les either.
