Ankylosing spondyl,,: This seems like a condition known as ankylosing spondylitis, where the spinal vertebrae become fused together over time. It's positive for hla-b27, can have eye irritation like uveitis and overall fatigue. You should see your doctor right away to get some medical treatment and discuss long term outcome.
