Age old question: Usually the wish is to conceive a boy. There is no practical way to increase your chances of conceiving either sex. You simply have to take what comes and try again if the child you deliver is not the sex you wanted.

There are a lot of myths about gender selection but none that work.You can obtain a girl through adoption, so if that is all you can live with that's your option.

Exactly the same...: Exactly the same way to conceive a boy. With each pregnancy, a woman has a pretty good chance of having a girl baby. 50% is pretty good odds.
