Panic attacks: If tests on your heart are normal, it could be panic attacks. Panic attacks are emotional reactions. It causes the person to breath in a shallow way depriving the body of oxygen. Key is to practice deep breathing and breath deeply when having an attack. See a terapist to help you learn techniques and find the source of the panic. Learn relaxation techniques.
