Fetus: A fetus, newly formed is but the size of a speck of dust. There is no such thing as implantation bleeding. There is in very rare cases a spot of blood, but not bleeding. Bleeding represents something else. Brown is just dried out or old blood that has lost all of it's oxygen.

Implantation: Most often there isn't bleeding with impantation. When it does occur it is usually minisucle and may look pink or may be rust/ brownish in specks.
