My optometrist prescribed to.25-0.50x160 to.25-0.50x010 /+75 what does this mean ? do i need glasses ? can it skip having glasses ?

Optional: This is a small prescription and you no doubt are seeing fine without glasses. This is an attempt, which is common, by an optometrist to sell you a high profit pair of eyeglasses. He could have shown you in his device to compare your naked eye, to the correctiion above, the difference in clarity of the eyechart and it would have been small. Save your money.
