Hypothyroid: These numbers are indicative of severe hypothyroidism. I would expect that she has symptoms of low thyroid. She needs to be on thyroid hormone. If she is already on thyroxine, make sure she is really taking it consistently. If she is taking it, she needs a significantly higher dose.
