Sacramental: If "a little bit of wine" is sacramental wine (church / synagogue) or a sip at a wedding for a ceremony, it's okay. However, when you went onto this medication, you promised not to drink alcohol because of the danger to your liver. You need to keep your promise in spirit. At a party, simply tell folks you are taking medication, can't drink ; if that's a problem they are not your friends.
