Sinus Pain: It is most likely sinus pain. The eye is surrounded by sinuses and if they are inflamed, eye movement can cause a pressure type pain. If you are really sick your eye muscles can ache causing achy pain with eye movement. Pain with eye movement along with decreased vision can be a sign of optic neuritis. If that is occurring, see and eye doctor right away.
