Analyze the cause: Perhaps try writing down your feelings. See if you can connect the behavior (crying) with particular thoughts. Ask yourself questions like "do i feel lonely"? "why am i crying"? Often by linking your thoughts and feelings, you can understand better the underlying cause(s) and then work to change it. If you continue to experience strong negative feelings, consider psychotherapy.
