Difficult issue: First on the list of qualifications as a high risk pregnancy is a prior high risk pregnancy.Some issues impose more risk than others so only a physician who knows your case well can provide you with a good assessment of your risk at 35.

Unsure: Much more info would need to be known to help answer. Your OB after getting your history would have a better understanding of your situataion to provide you an answer.
