Every 2 days is fine: Sperm live at least a couple of days inside your genital tract, and it takes men about 2 days to regenerate a "full load". So if you have sex every 24 hours, you are probably only delivering about half of the dose of sperm than if you waited 48 hours between efforts. It's not bad to have sex every day if you are enjoying it, but it probably doesn't improve your chances of conceiving.
