Hyperprolactinemia : Most likely the increased levels of prolactin hormone are the cause of all symptoms. It is necessary to diagnose the cause of it: physical exam, laboratory tests, hormonal levels, ct scan of the brain, visual fields tests, are some of the required examinations to rule out illness on the hypophysis. Thyroid tests might be needed, adrenal function tests and gynecological exams required.
