I've had tonsillitis going on for 6 days now. i can only drink water.. i haven't had any real food. my chest and back are killing me!

See a doctor: If you are having back and chest pain along with tonsillitis you need to be seen by a doctor asap and examined and perhaps undergo some lab testing and imaging studies. The internet is the wrong place to approach this, and please go and be seen and have a full evaluation. It might be very serious.
