Yes: Dowager's hump (thoracic kyphosis) can be reversed, but entails a significant surgical procedure. It is a structural deformity, which does not respond to bracing or therapy. Surgical intervention to release the deformity, followed by corrective fusion, can be performed in correctly selected patients.
