Possible: There may be other causes for your symptoms. Sinus infection is possible as would be ear infection. Neither is usually associated with a fever since they are mostly localized infections.

Possibly: Infection can exist without your having the symptom of fever. Have you seen your Dentist to rule out oral infection. Have you seen your GP or an ENT to evaluate for sinus infection?
