Hypertension: Your BP is definitely too high and requires measures to lower it to about 120/80. Reduce weight, reduce salt intake and reduce stress. You may need medication as well. Familial hypertension is the most common type of high blood pressure but your md will advise you on testing and medication.

?Gyn-renal axis HT: Your blood pressure is definitely too high, particularly the diastolic pressure. Although there may be no connection to your irregular periods, a renal (kidney) evaluation should be undertaken including an evaluation of the renal arteries. If a uterine or ovarian mass is present, it might be impacting upon the renal artery, causing hypertension, as well as irregular menses; study is needed.
