Rash: There are different causes of a rash that you describe. It could be tinea ( fungus), nummular eczema, urticaria, figurate erythema, insect bites, contact dermatitis, actinic porokeratosis (less like because of your age) , xerosis, to mention a few. It is worthwhile to see a dermatologist for a definitive diagnosis.
