My daughter as had sex 10 weeks ago and missed her period since. done pregnancy test come back normal but doctor did test and it came back negative.

The best time to take one is when you miss your period.  if you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.

Two pregnancy tests sound like they are negative, which by this time after sexual encounter should be more than adequate time span to be reliable test. Many other things besides pregnancy can cause missed periods, from illness to stress/anxiety, to natural fluctuations of hormones, changes in diet.
