This could be colon: The lower abdominal pain you are describing could be due to various reasons, with constipation being a common cause of "colicky" lower abdominal pain. If there is any pain related to your ovaries, they are usually sharp and radiating (such as in ovarian torsion), cramps (due to uterine contractions or fibroids) or mid cycle ovulation that should not last more than day or two (called mittelschmerz).
