I've got a saw ear on the inside and when i chew it's hurting my jaw line and stinging in my throat on one side what could this be?

Ear pain: Without an exam, difficult to say. Could be ear disease--otitis externa--due to foreign material or wax. Could be otitis media--an ear infection. Doc needs to look at the ear. Pain radiating to jaw line is suggestive of TMJ disease, but not conclusive. Throat irritation may be related to ear disease or separate matter. Again, this really needs to be evaluated by your doctor.
