Nasal congestion?: I note that you are on fluticasone, presumably nasal, and thus likely have allergic rhinitis. Nasal congestion is a common cause for dark circles under the eyes also known as allergic shiners. The more obstructed the nose, the worse the shiners. Make sure that you are aiming the fluticasone towards the outer part of the nose. Consult an allergist if necessary. Some circles are familial.
