No: The only likely damage would be if the rapist had infected you with an std, and hopefully you were tested and that this had not happened. Sorry for this terrible occurrence. Best wishes and have a great baby.

No: The fetus is surrounded by layers of protective tissues and fluid that insulate it from foreign agents. The only agents that can get to the fetus must do so by entering your blood (like a virus). The rapist's semen & DNA is dissolves without influencing anything. It certainly does not change the baby's DNA in any way. If STD's were left behind that could be a problem, but if treated they wouldn't
