A member asked:

My baby girl is 6 months old with enlargement of her both breasts but no redness or hotness, or tenderness, it is about 2 to 3 cm , is it normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Early breast growth: It is not terribly uncommon for infants to have a little breast growth. It can be both or just one. This is called premature thelarchy. As long as there are no other maturational changes (hair growth in arm pits or vaginally) it is normal. If concerned have your pediatrician take a look.
