Most likely: The most likely conception date would be close to october 22, but 2nd trimester ultrasound is not exact to better than +/- a week at best. That means conception could have been anywhere from around oct. 15 to oct. 29. Also conception is not guaranteed to be on the day you had intercourse. Based on that us you are at 16 weeks 0 days on jan. 28th.
