I have been off my bp meds 20mg olmetec for 72h now i'm on a trial right now with dr orders when will i no when my bp levels out so i no what my bp is?

Usually 3-7 days: Since olmetec is a daily medication, you should know what your baseline BP is within 3 to 7 days off it . However, since other factors influence your BP you have to continue monitoring it while off your meds.
