NOT DIRECT PROBLEM: Lyrica (pregabalin) has no drug-drug interaction potential with most other meds, but may have a side effect of drowsiness and lethargy, while the Adderall is designed to enhance alertness and focus. Therefore, if you do have an adverse rxtn to lyrica, (pregabalin) this can compromise the effect of the adderall. Discuss at length with your doctor.
