Amoxicillin: Do not know the reason for the difference in classifications between the two countries, but both have outstanding health care systems. There is no evidence to suggest that Amoxicillin will harm a fetus when given to a pregnant woman, but double blind comparative trials have not been done. There are no reports in case studies to suggest any danger.
