Meds, BP??: The first two things that come to mind are side effects from medication that she may be on for pain or changes in her blood pressure (both too high or too low) could cause vision problems. There are a few rarer things such as tiny ocular blood clots that could also cause similar symptoms. Discuss meds with doc and have BP checked and go from there. Congratulations on the new baby!
