Are you supposed to feel any pain when you press on the back of your neck hard? when i press on mine it feels hard, and it doesn't hurt at all.

You're Normal: If you are not hurting and it doesn't hurt when your press that is normal, nothing to worry about. If you are in pain and can't find the pain when your press, then it suggests something deeper is the cause of your pain and needs further evaluation.
