Fluoride Toothpaste: Fluoride toothpaste is always better as it provides needed protection against the damage from bacteria. Many people are misinformed about fluoride. Ingested Fluoride from sources such as water, vitamins or anything swallowed is helpful only in growing children while their teeth are developing, in the proper amounts. Rare problems are possible. Ask your physician.

Prefer Flouride ..: Though 'perfect' oral hygiene and prevention of dental problems of dental problems is possible without flouride.. I prefer flouride in toothpaste because it has lingering positive effects..
