Can be hard to tell: It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly. One can test about 3 weeks after sex (possible conception), or 1 week after missing a period. If only 15 days out from a truly normal period, then pregnancy is unlikely (too early to tell).

Could be normal 4U: Some women spot when they ovulate. If you were exercising vigourously, it is possible that you could have cuased a follicular cyst to rupture and bleed a little bit. You may also have implantation bleeding from a pregnancy. To be sure, see your provider and check it out!
