See answer: There are a variety of "bumps and lumps" that can occur in the region of the vaginal and urethral region. Most of these are minor and require little or no treatment unless infected. Two such examples would be skene's duct cyst (near urethral opening) and bartholin's gland cyst (inner labia). A std is another cause of "bumps": herpes (often associated with pain) or hpv (genital warts) most common.
