Unlikely: Cramping usually happens when blood or menstruation is trying to pass through the cervix. It's unlikely that this is happening now since you aren't having any bleeding. Other reasons for cramping pain would be uti, uterine infection, or endometriosis. If continues you may want to make an appt with gynecologist to discuss.
