Possibly : Throat issues from gerd are called extra-esophageal symptoms and can be the most vexing to treat. You may need further testing to prove this is acid reflux going on and stronger medication.

Reflux : Sometimes acid reflux symptoms in the throat take more than two months to fully heal. Studies show it may take between 4 to 6 months, so you should not necessarily lose hope. Other things that could be involved might be postnasal drip issues related to allergy or intrinsic laryngeal abnormalities that you could further investigate with your ENT doctor.
