Likely yes: It is good to ask about travel once you are pregnant. At this early stage, in general, travel itself including air flight should not cause any problems. However, depending on what part of india, some of the recommended vaccinations may not be appropriate during pregnancy. You can check yourself on the cdc travel site. But best step is to discuss with whomever you are seeing for your pregnancy care.
