Possibly: It is possible that pregnancy will occur if there is sperm that leaks from a broken condom and it is near the women's time of ovulation. If the intercourse occurred while she was having a normal period and that is how you know that she was not ovulating then pregnancy would be extremely unlikely.

Need sperm in vagina: For pregnancy to occur. She is at risk if any pre-cum or ejaculated semen entered her vagina within 5 days of ovulating. Suggest pregnancy test about a week after next menstruation is normal due, should it fail to occur.

Pregnancy: Agree with answers by Dr. Klauber & Dr. Buckman. Ejaculation in a female's mouth will not lead to pregnancy. Masturbation in and of it's self will not lead to pregnancy. However, it there was release of ejaculate or pre-ejaculate during vaginal intercourse or if she placed fingers in her vagina with sperm on them - those are ways pregnancy could occur.
