Not pregnant: Most pregnancy tests, and again, i'm not sitting there with you so i can't say for 100% sure, but most pregnancy tests require there to be 2 lines.... A control and a positive pregnancy test. Likely what you're seeing is the control, but i can't be 100% certain. Read in insert that accompanied the test to be certain you're reading correctly.
