Highly unlikely: Temporal arteritis is a disease seen in the older population. It is virtually never seen at age 30. The pain associated with is usually severe and constant, not what you describe. If you are having chronic headaches, get this issue evaluated by your family doctor or a neurologist.

TTH : Tension-type headache are recurrent episodes of headache lasting minutes to days. The pain is typically described as dull, achy, nonpulsatile, pressing or tightening. It is not unusual for patients with tth to experience migraine-like symptoms (throbbing headache, visual disturbances, nausea). Rec.: see a headache or orofacial pain specialist for final diagnosis and treatment.
