Can crutches be used for a coccyx (tailbone) injury if most of the pain is from walking and putting pressure on one leg?

Can use not effectiv: Even with crutches u still sit ; walk.I rec. A donut pillow 2 sit on ; if crutches help fine but u will tire of them soon.
