Dehydration: This could be a sign of dehydration. Higher salt concentrations in sweat may indicate less water available to cool the body naturally through sweat or another metabolic abnormality. Be sure to hydrate well and if this persists it may be a good idea to schedule a check up & physical with your doctor to ensure everything is okay.
