Symptoms: Those symptoms are very no-specific. Migraines and spots in vision and what sound like depression are worrisome and should be possibly evaluated with a ct or MRI of the brain.

Need exam/testing: With those symptoms, you need to continue to see your health care provider for exams and further testing. Thing like diabetes, neurological conditions, underlying mood disorders, etc. All need to be investigated and ruled out. Best wishes.
