Should go away: Give it a few minutes. If it does not return to normal, or if the color changes and does not return, then see a physician. Certain nerve compressions, if left for very extended times, can cause compression neuropathies. There is also vascular issues that can occur if you haven't moved for extended periods of time. It may be nothing, give it some time, but get it checked out if it does not return.
